From the Editor:
______Since our country is in constant devellopement, we are in urgent need of experts in a variety of fields. We can no longer afford to overlook this fact. Since we live in a world where technology is constantly progressing, in order for our country to get to achieve the same rank of other devellopped countries, we must help our industries, companies and people by openning more doors of opportunity. It is our responsability.
______These companies and industries in question will have to overcome many obstacles in order to survive. Those who are fighting to be successful will have to show a great amount of determination to reach their goals. They will be able to grow and prosper more easily then.
______We have often heard about big entrepreneurs who despite having started out with limited financial ressources, managed within a short period of time to build and own big entreprises.
______There exists a wide variety of sectors in our society. However only those priviledged enough to have an education will be able to guide themselves in the direction of their choice. They are more likely to be determined  by their goals than the less fortunate.
______Can anyone become a big designer or an entrepreneur? I guess it takes a certain amount of creativity, just like not everyone can become a painter or an artist.
______No one, however, in their childhood, dreams of becoming a priest, a monk or a wall painter (Even though they are respectable professions). Most of us dream of becoming doctors, engineers, policemen, pilots, soldiers, teachers… Some of us reach our goals, others reach their goals only partially and others change their minds a few times. Those who have no more dreams, inspiration or goals unfortunately become detached, depressed and empty.
______Detectives, journalists and thieves have been around since the beginning of history. Throughout the different times, these professions have more or less been popular. In other countries, you will find at least 40 to 50 times more advertisement ads by detectives.
______Although in 1997, there had been some thought and discussion on wether the law for detectives should be adopted, unfortunately it never was. It wont for a long time. Ironicaly, our profession is often linked with the government and police, yet even being so close to the law has not permitted us to obtain our own law…
